Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites, APIs and other services that draugur.ai (“draugur.ai”, “we”, “us”) provides. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The services

The services are the websites and APIs we operate under the draugur.ai domain, including the model API at models.draugur.ai, which requires an API key. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and API keys

Some services require you to sign in or to use an API key issued by us.
Keep your API keys secret. Do not share them or embed them where others can read them.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account or your key. Tell us promptly at draugurai@gmail.com if you believe a key has been exposed or misused.
We may suspend or revoke an account or key at any time, including if we believe it is being misused or these terms are being breached.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to:

break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
generate, store or distribute illegal content;
harass, defraud or harm others, or abuse the services in any way;
attack, probe or disrupt the services or the systems behind them, including by introducing malware or attempting denial of service;
scrape, crawl or send automated requests at a volume that overloads or degrades the services;
bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, usage limits or other security measures, or access services or data you are not authorized to access.

5. AI-generated output

Some services return output generated by AI models. That output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate, and it may not be unique. You are responsible for evaluating output and for how you use it. Output is not professional advice — including legal, medical, financial or other professional advice — and should not be relied on as such.

6. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the content you submit to the services, such as prompts and other inputs. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit that content in order to operate, secure and provide the services to you. You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content and for making sure it does not breach these terms. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Availability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not offer a service level agreement, and we may change, suspend or stop any service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, draugur.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the services or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to any service at any time, including if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 5, 6, 8 and 9 — continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
